Hi Dorothy,
I am really curious, because the first and middle names are so similar to our
Rutherford/Simmons/Simons family lines! (Robert, Paul, Eugene, Raymond, etc),
Ours are from the Tennessee area from about 1800 on.

Do you have TN Rutherford family ties? Davis, Jones, Craft, Simons, Walker?
