I'm new to this list. My line is through my mothers side, it goes as
follows:
Alexander Sinclair b (about 1819) Aberdeen, Scotland married Margaret McLae
b December 27, 1819 in Lanark, Scotland. They had the following children:
Donald Sinclair b November 5, 1843, Laurencekirk, Kincardine, Scotland,
married Elizabeth McHardy b July 5, 1843 on December 27, 1872 at Lower
Craighill, St. Cyrus Kincardine, Scotland.
William Japp Sinclair b March 26, 1846, Laurencekirk, Kincardine
Anne Sinclair b October 7, 1849, Laurencekirk, Kincardine
Alexander Fraser Sinclair b October 23, 1853, Laurencekirk, Kincardine

Donald Sinclair and Elizabeth McHardy had the following children:
Margaret Sinclair b October 3, 1866 at St. Cyrus, Kincardine, Scotland
James Alexander Sinclair b December 5, 1873 Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland
Agnes Farquhar Sinclair b April 12, 1875 Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland

Donald Sinclair and his family emigrated to the US in 1887 and settled in
Chicago, IL. Does any of these people ring a bell with anyone?
