Do you have an area were he was born or from what part of NC he was from?

Does anyone have a copy of the book, "Frederick Smith, a Prussian Soldier" ?
If so can you connect the following:

Frederick Smith born abt 1776 in either NC or Germany, married unknown
before 1796 in NC. Children: Mary 1796 NC, Elizabeth 1798 NC, Christian 1802 NC,
Frederick Jr. 1809 IN, Sarah 1814 IN, Peter 1815 IN, Susannah 1817 Harrison
Co. IN, and three other males born btw 1810 and 1820. [ Family history says
he was born in Germany, however his daughter Sarah, in the 1880 census, says
he was born in NC.]

Frederick left NC about 1800 migrating to Harrison Co. IN. He then left IN
and migrated to Randolph Co. AR after 1820 and before 1840. He has not been
located in an 1830 census. However his daughter Sarah married in 1836
probably in Randolph Co. AR and son Christian, who migrated with him, had children
born 1834 in IN and 1837 AR.

Could this be the son of Frederick Smith, a Prussian Soldier? Can anyone
tell me anything about him?
