Hi everyone, I have hit a brick wall on my Smith's. I have Shorton Smith
born about 1760, possible in Dutchess County, NY. His parents could have
been Isaiah and Joanna Davis Smith who were married in Dutchess County.
I know that Shorton Smith signed up to fight in the Rev. War in Poughkeepsie.

Would love to correspond with anyone who might be researching this family.
