that Ann Smith was born in Luzerne County, PA in 1809. We know she has
a brother Fred Smith, born 1813. We also assume that Chauncey Billings
Smith is a brother (born 1819 (in NY)) and recently we've reason to believe that Sarah Ann Smith (daughter of Charles) may be a sister too. Ann later married Legrand W. Douglas. Sarah Ann later married Luman B.
Wood.
