Why? Well, my brother got mad at me and is still mad. I think that his personality and attitude came with his chromosomes too. He has infected his family about the situatio like a computer virus. The only thing I can think about doing is to run by one of them and collect it before they can help themselves. They live 500 miles away though.

from mother to sons and daughters but only the females pass it on.

You need a male member to trace the Y....Why won't they co operate. It is a
painless thing. They just have to swab the inside of the cheek. This is not
like a criminal check; it is strictly for tracing your lineage. Try to talk
them into it. Is your father still living or his brother. That will work, too.
