The Smith families are really hard to trace, I've been looking for over 10
years for mine. Seems like they used the same first names over and over and
over and over.
Makes it very difficult to know who is who.
Are any of you "diggers" looking for any Smiths that may have settled in
Somerset Co PA who came to the US around 1842?
I don't know what Somerset Co was formed from, so could possibly be a
surrounding county also.
