Why not try the GenealogyBank.com There they have Historical Newspaper Archives. You will have to pay, but I found so much on my ancestors. I'll check this out for you and see if I can find anything for you. It may take me sometime, because the archives are huge.

John the son, and Fanny were both in Springfield, Illinois by 1848.
The father, John M moved to Tiffin, Seneca Co. Ohio may have
remarried. He died 11 Dec. 1866. I belive son Daniel lived in Tiffin
also. Seeking info on his parents.
