Hey, this is a great idea. I find names in my family murdered all the time, especially Lailon, my mother, it is never spelled right. And once Edna is spelled, Odna. So Viola is a great suggestion. I am still looking for eastern KY roots for Joseph Madison Smith and parents, Mahalea Virgin Smith (b. KY 1800) and John Smith (b. PA abt 1796).
