I have recently gotten the record of my Smith line, I connect through Ada Smith whom
married William Rose in Lavaca Co,Texas Ada was the daughter of
James Thomas Smith b.9/1839 & Mary Elizabeth Hargrove.
of Dewitt and Lavaca Co Texas
Hes parents were Benjamin Smith Jr. b.5/1815 in Georgia
and Britanie Daves.
Hes father was Benjamin Smith Sr. b bet.1752-1756 and Lydia
he died in Stewart Co.Georgia
Benjamin served in the revolutionary War of 1812 & Indian Wars, I have alot more on this
line if anyone feels they might have a connection!
