Dear Smith List Member,

We have an opportunity to have the Smith Surname Report from the
FREEDMEN PROJECT posted to our list. Because of the amount of Smiths
there will be 10 postings a day for 6 days. Please be understanding of
these postings and if you are not interested, just delete them. Having
this report posted to our list is the only way we can get this valuable
record in our Smith List Archives.

The posting will begin this evening, Monday, May 20th and will continue
through Saturday, May 25th. If some of our member do not read this
message and begin to complain, just ignore and delete their messages, I
will take care of it behind the scenes.

For those of you on the Digest list, I am told that sometimes this
report comes through as gibberish. If this happens, know it will pass
and you can see what is being posting by going to
http://archiver.rootsweb.com/ From there you type in the name of the
list and search by date.

If you choose to change to the Regular list during this time send the
word UNSUBSCRIBE to and then send the
word SUBSCRIBE to
