Looking for desendents of Samuel Stevenson who married a Eliza Smith, I
believe they were from NY, I no they had 2 daughters Hannah Augusta and a Mrs
H.L Marston of Portland, Oregon, No other info know except Hannah who was
known as Anna she was born 3-9-1855 in Kenosha, Wi and died 12-22-1924 in
Orchards, Wa
Anna was previously married to a Geo Love and had 2 children I believe born
in Devils Lake, Minn area they were Roy and Clyde Love.. around 1887 Anna
married Mr Vernon (Byron) Mathews who was the founder for Oberon, ND and
worked as a surveyor for the JamesTown Branch of the Northern Pacific
Railroad, They had 1 daughter Mary Louise Adelle Mathews who was born
12-21-1889 in Oberon, but unfortunatley there is no birth record for her
there, they left ND around 1895 and left for Goshen, Oregon to be with
Family.... If anyone has any information on this family, please e-maIL ME
