JOSHUA- Marrian England, a homemaker and longtime Joshua resident, died
Thursday at her home. She was 47.
Funeral will be at 11 a. m. Monday at Guardian Funeral Home in Ft.
Worth. Burial will be in Caddo Cemetery in Joshua.
Mrs. England was born in Indianapolis and had lived in Joshua many
years. She was a Pentecostal.
Survivors: Husband, Ronald England of Joshua; two sons, Dennis Holman
of Washington state and Jimmy Smothers of Missouri; two daughters,
Terry Dorrance of Ft. Worth & Shannon Koch of Missouri; two sisters,
Joan Cannon & Nancy Neal; & two grandchildren.

FORT WORTH- Seab Christopher "Cat" Morse, 69, an assembly line foreman
who retired from LTV in 1977, died Sunday at an Arlington medical
center.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Baptist Church in Grand Prairie.
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 1 to 9 p.m. today at
Baker Funeral Home.
Seab Morse was born Nov. 2, 1926, in Mosier Valley. Mr. Morse was
the son of Isaiah and Alberta Christopher Morse, residents of the
Mosier Valley community. He attended Euless public schools & received
early Christian training at St. John Baptist Church. He married Zelma
Marie Smothers on Dec. 24, 1949, and they lived at Grand Prairie 14
years and settled in Ft. Worth on March 20, 1963. Mr. Morse united
with Rising Star Baptist Church under the Rev. T. H. Davis, who
baptized him the first Sunday of August 1976. He later became a
member of Second Baptist Church under the Rev. M. R. Lester, where he
served faithfully as a trustee and member of Sunday School. He was
employed by LTV Corp. for 29 years and was lead man on the assembly
line until his retirement in 1977. Mr. Morse enjoyed the outdoors.
He fished and took pride in a beautifully landscaped yard.
Survivors: Wife, Zelma Marie Morse of Ft. Worth; daughter, Ronsha
Morse of Ft. Worth; sister, Dorothy Lee Parker of Euless; a special
nephew, James Morse; sisters-in-law, Aridean Harris, Cordis Brown,
Velma Casey and Virginia West; and brothers-in-law, Jose Smothers,

FORT WORTH- Robert Lloyd Austin, a retired police officer, died Friday
at his Ft. Worth home. He was 57.
Viewing of the body will be until 9 tonight at Shannon North Funeral
Home. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Mr. Austin was born in Altus, Okla., and had lived in Ft. Worth for 18
years. Survivors: Four sons, Robert G. Austin of Ft. Worth, Richard D.
Austin, Robert Ray Austin and Micahel D. Austin, all of Calif.; three
daughters, Sue Ramirez and Denise Grisafe, both of Calif., and Sam
Smothers of Okla.; brother, Stan Austin of Okla.; mother, Paulin
Austin of Okla.; and 13 grandchildren. Wilma H. Widener.

DUBLIN - Annie Leona Pyburn of Dublin, a retired waitress and a
homemaker, died Friday at a Stephenville hospital. She was 73.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Harrell Funeral Home in Dublin.
Burial will be in Proctor Cemetery in Comanche County.
Mrs. Pyburn was born in Proctor and had lived in Dublin 15 years.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors: Daughter, Caral Mitchell of Dublin; two sons, Kenneth
Bishop of Dallas & Clifton Rayburn of Hereford; two sisters, Nannie
Smothers of Camden, Tenn., and Pearl Johnson of Abilene;
10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
