Further to the suggestions regarding the frequency of the digest, I have
now reset it to one day. There is now some regular mail and when set at
two days, the recipients will be a little out of date.

I only have two options for the digest:-
Timefrom 12 to 72 hours
Sizefrom 20K to 40K

It is now set to 24 hours and 28K- which ever comes first

There is no choice regarding the number of items.
