Members of BMSGH did help a great deal. I personally sent an e-mail to 5
Family History Societies in and around Birmingham. I had a reply from two
saying they would mention it at their Committee Meeting. I had one
volunteer, but heard nothing further from any of the others.

We will be having a Fair de-briefing shortly and I will add your suggestion
about appealing in the Genealogist and ALL local FHS journals.
