It's my understanding (corrections welcome) that the overseas editions
of PCW magazine do not carry the cover CD-ROMs that the UK editions do.
You'd need to find someone here who could buy the magazine and mail you
the CD-ROM.

The UK Info Disk SE2000 was a one-off promotion between its publisher
and PCW magazine. It was not made available to other outlets like the
SoG bookshop.
