Don't forget that OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS are
quite different. Virgin seem to be claiming ownership, possibly
intellectual property rights but not copyright - except to a limited degree.
But I would be interested to hear a lawyer's view.
