I can't remember now, what was said on this list about an executive
committee reply, but there is no official response to this list from the
Executive Committee. Of course some members of the Executive do read this
list and may send replies as individuals.

If you have a complaint about non-delivery of the GM then once a month has
passed after the publication date it can be assumed that the slowest mail
has gone adrift [in my opinion ! ], and a message should be sent to one of
the addresses in your previous copy of GM, i.e.

Staff and volunteers are struggling to meet the deadline for the March
issue, so it may be a few days later than usual.
