b)Yes - apply to groundsman at Cemetery, or call. Indexed by year of
burial.
c) Catholics could have been buried anywhere, like anyone else - including
in their (Anglican) Parish Church - to which they had a right, if the
particular cemetery was still in use. Or a Borough Cemetery etc.
