I add my personal sorrow and surprise at your news that you are taking
retirement seriously. You have been a staunch and trusted member of the
SoG, an informative and entertaining member of various mailing lists and
the provider of good software and wise opinions. I join others in wishing
you the pleasure in being able to focus your energies on your own research
and not at the behest of others. Thank you and my best wishes for a long,
happy and busy retirement.
