I'm not a subscriber (yet), but if I may:

Would it be neccessary to download each whole issue (unless making a
collection)? Surely it would be an advantage to download only a couple of
bits of interest, digest them, and later go back for more. More like
drinking from the eternal fount than any reading of a paper can be.
