Dear all,

The following appeared on the Liverpool & SWL list this morning. Has anyone else
had a similar experience with this company?

"I wonder if any of you has ever purchased microfiche copies of the 1891 census
from Download at unit 6 King John's Rd., Bristol?
Has anything happened to them, such as 'collapsing in a heap'?
I sent off from here a sterling cheque for some as per their advert in
'Family History Monthly' and that has been that! Their web site is
unobtainable and e-mails to their two e-mail addresses are being bounced
back. I have written off to the magazine as Download are one of their
advertisers but so far they have not responded. It looks like I've 'done my
dough' as they say so perhaps lswlfhs members should be alerted to this
possibility."
