The problem with the bookshop for me was that it never had what I
wanted. I have found that Heraldry Today has consistently been a far
better resource for my interests.

And on the one occasion when I did try to buy a CDROM from the bookshop,
I had to send in three reminders over three months and eventually
cancelled and bought at S & N.
