The only problem with this is that the 'Human
resources' are now of course more limited.
If the bookshop staff are no more then someone else
will have to perform their welcome duties in the
building
Also takings from the bookshop, whether loss making or
not would have conributed towards the staff costs of
other parts of the building (all admin
staff/director/etc) which will now have to born in
full by the rest of the Society
My question - is it better to give up on a loss making
venture, or make it work to contribute funds?
