Surely the most likely answer is that this is a mistake - even if Golden
Ball cottages do exist, they're unlikely to be referred to as the "Golden
Ball area" in England.

In fact I can't imagine any sensible text that would refer to "the Golden
Ball area in England". (Unless it's yet another triumph by Qinetic).

More likely, I suggest, is a mishearing. So, what might RHYME with Golden
Ball?
