The Times gives a bit more detail - mainly talking about the waste
behind the swapover from inmates to foreign transcribing (and
repeats the dead granny of deliberate mistranscribing by inmates) -
nothing about the appalling quality of the result and total lack of
proper qa procedures though!

As one of the only 4 genealogists actually involved in checking it
(and as far as I know the /only/ person to have done any statistics on
its final accuracy at the time!) I confidently await the press flocking to
my door to learn the facts ..... NOT.
