I suggest:

"Reference Catalogue of British Topography and Family History Forming a
Useful Guide for Collectors", London, England Henry Gray 1887.

I found this using the excellent addall.com site used-books section and
putting family catalogue in title and gray in keywords. Currently two copies
indicated for sale.

Clare Bullen may even find one in the SOG library!!
