Along with others I am researching ASHWELL family history and we have found
a reference to early 'Charters' (14th and 15th century) at the British
Museum library.
Can anyone advise?
Are the Charters easy to read? In Latin? English?
Are they useful documents to look at in connection with family
history/genealogy?
