Can anyone assist please.

I have had problems subscribing to EAstmans Plus newsletter.

I signed on site www.eogn.com in December and my credit card was charged.

I have e-mailed , politely complaining of the failure of
service., ten days ago, stating I would contact credit card company if no
response within 21 days.

I would like to recieve the newsletter and believe it is an admin failure
rather than fraud, so reluctant to ask credit card company to take action.

Does anyone have other contacts or suggestions for dealing with this matter.
