Dear John
Thank you for the instructions which I have printed out. I am now about to
try to access Origins as I got thoroughly perplexed last time.
Kay
I hope you have better luck than me, Kay. I've now been trying for hours,
and all I seem to do is go round in circles. I use the sign in screen to put in
all my details, then follow very carefully all the instructions, but when I
try to "activate", I get the following message:
Sorry, your Username and/or Password have not been recognised
Please re-type your details below and try logging in again or
_click here to check your Username and Password_
(http://www.britishorigins.com/ForgotPassword.aspx) .
When I "click here" I find I am back where I started.
What really irks me is that we lost the battle with the tax authorities who
now tax the society on our subscriptions, because of this extra "benefit" we
allegedly receive.
Well, I've had enough, and I will not be renewing my suscription this year.
