I am descended from LAVINA PENROD who was born in Stoystown,Somerset
County,PA.,in 1833. She married my 2nd Great Grandfather ADAM VARNER. They
later lived in Southfork,Cambria County,PA, until the time of there deaths.
There was an interview with LAVINA PENROD VARNER in the Johnstown paper on the
occasion of her 100th birthday in 1933.
