A check of John Fuller's page of mailing list shows that indeed Franklin
co., Penn does not yet have such a list. However, you might find it helpful
to place query on the Franklin Co. Homepage. The easiest way to get there
is to go to:
http://www.usgenweb.org/PA

Go down the list and click on Franklin Co. -- they do have a query section
and hopefully you will find someone working on your line OR leave a query
and hope someone contacts you.

The above address works for all states if you change the last two letters,
which are the state code. For example using --- /OH will get you to the
Ohio GenWeb pages listing the Ohio counties.
