I am searching for information related to Sarah Jane Silbaugh's 2nd
husband believed to be Kenneth Otto Tuttle of Bruceton Mills/ Clifton
Mills area. Sarah Jane was the daughter of Moses Silbaugh and Eva Cupp,
b Mar 1, 1841 d Nov 18, 1920 m 1861 to 1st husband Peter E. Tuttle who
died of typhoid fever in 1863 during the Civil War.
