John Fike b. 1750 (of Christian b. c. 1830 & Barbara (unk)) who m.
Barbara Dellenbach is my ancestor (according to "Christian Fike and His
Desc." by M. B. F. Morrow).

I thought a previous letter from Pat T was refering to the elder
"Christian" Fike. The book, Christian Fike and His Desc", seems to
finally draw the conclusion that John Fike's wife was not necessesarily
a Bandreyer-----or was an outside possibility. At least that's the way
I read it ---<blub> <g>. The author's caveat is: "However, I found no
family with the name "Bandreyer" that was associated with our Fike line
in any area that our ancestors lived, . . . . ."

If you still have any energy (or time!) left, could you enlighten us as
to what the information of John Fike b. 1750 relates?????
