Sandra, I am sorry it has taken me so long to share my measly bit of
information on HARDINGs in Kansas. My MOSER line homesteaded in Grant Twp.,
Osborne County, Kansas, in 1876. At that time Albert HARDING was in section
28 (80 acres); John Henry HARDING was in section 5 (160 acres); and Lloyd
HARDING was in section 18 (80 acres). I'll check my Osborne County "old
settlers" books to see if I can find more about them. The reason I
remembered the name is that my Uncle Bert MOSER married Elsie HARDING. I
have no idea to which of these three (if any) she belonged, and of course
both my aunt and uncle are now deceased as well as one of their sons. I have
lost track of the other one.
If you think this might be a connection, try checking the 1880 census for
Osborne County. Also, let me know and I will see what else I might have in
my files.

Anyone on the list have any Harding family? My ggreat grandfather was Isaac
Harding born around 1812. Before 1860 him and his family were in Penn. In
1860 he was in Ohio. Stark county. Canton. I'm hoping someone on this list
is related to some Hardings. I have hit alot of brick walls. Sandra Ault
