On May 3, 1902 the "Cape Mercury" ran an advertisement heralding the
forthcoming publication of "King William's Town Directory, Visitor's Guide
and Resident's Handbook".

Many of my mother's family lived in King. If anyone has a copy of this book,
or any other editions of it, please do contact me as I feel sure that there
must be interesting information about my family contained within it.

I am researching the following families who lived in King:
GINSBERG, RIESER (often mis-spelt as REISER), RINDL, ARNHOLZ, HOWE ELY,
SALOMON, TOENESSEN and Schoepflich (became SHOPLEY).
