Yup, sounds very good! I have one friend who swears by it!

I went with Family Tree Maker because the two cousins I work most closely
with (one in Cambridgeshire and the other in the US) use that system....

When I first started family history some 3 years ago I bumbled
around...first got a freebie programme from the Sunday Times then decided
to go with Master Genealogist....I didn't ever come to terms with it...too
complicated and kept demanding Certificate info...obviously for the
professional1

I then linked with the cousins and they advised me to try Family Tree
Maker.......I've used 3 different versions of Family Tree Maker and now
RootsMagic for the large file....seems to be coping with my load at the
moment!
