Sir,
The undermentioned list of persons are a Company of
able bodied men and familys whose characters will bear
the strictest scrutiny, whose wish and determination
it is to emigrate to the Cape of Good Hope,
conformable in every prospect to your circulars should
they be so fortunate as to meet with your approbation.

Sir,
Having included a list under cover to you containing
eleven names to proceed to the Cape, dated I believe
here on the 24th Sept last with a solicitation of your
indulgence of further instructions should it be
objected to through any erregularity of application
the time being near that stated in the circular for
imbarkation and not receiving any answer induse me to
think that it as been misplaced and not come to hand
thus far. If convenient to you to indulge me with an
answer you will much oblige your obedient humble
servant
