His first wife was Sarah CROUCH (1825-1851) daugher of Richard and Sarah.

Firstly I so glad that all is going to be OK!! We really prayed for you &
your family. Mary Ann GRAVETT, * 12.2.1832 died26.5.1834 Salem. It was
the 4th child, Mary Ann GRAVETT, * 11.6.1837 who married Thomas Tickner
BERRINGTON on 26 Sept 1880 (She was his 2nd wife)
The 8th Child, Judith Jane GRAVETT, * 1847 married James Edwin BERRINGTON
on 15 Aug 1872
