Earlier I wrote about seeing a resemblance from pictures 7 & 43 on Paul
Tanner-Tremaine's website of 1820 Settler unidentified photographs to my
stepdad, a WARNER.
I made those two pictures available to a grandson who is old enough to
remember his grandfather, the grandson said he thought pic # 7 was his
grandfather, Herbert Blacker WARNER. The stepdad I mentioned was a son to
H.B. WARNER. Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to meet H.B. WARNER.
Seeing a resemblance is not proof, but it might help someone else verify an
identity of a photo in their own collection. S Alberts
