Have you ever asked a kid if it would like sweets/candy? Names are what us
gene-nuts thrive on!

However before you go to a lot of possibly unneccesary trouble have you
checked that this list does not already exist somewhere else?

My daughter Rowena for instance has transcribed some of the Boer War records
which appear on
http://www.genealogyworld.net/boer/rowena/index.html

If it does not I would like to recommend that you complete the list by
sharing it with the list but then post it in a similar fashion on a reliable
website where it can be shared by all. I do notice that there is already
some info there on Steinaecker's Horse.

Having said that I must clarify that none of my family or friends have any
financial interest in the aforementioned web site and I am not in anyway
trying to market it above any of the other very useful sites sharing lists
like this. I hope that this is of help to you and others.
