Dear Pauline

I have no idea whatsoever where John (nickname Jack) McLaughlin came from in
Ireland - those who did know have all passed on. He was born in Ireland
circa 1876 and died in South Africa on the 2nd September 1939. He married
Marie Elizabeth MacPherson - an Australian!
