Don't forget the men folk who play mum & dad everyday.
I have a 3yr and 15 yr old boys at home.
Today (monday), I had to play hard unfeeling parent.
My oldest often gets a lift into town with us, rather
than walk down the hill & catch the bus to school.
Usually we are waiting in the car while he gets ready,
today I gave the 20 miniute warning (as usual) after
taking out the rubbish, and all my other morning jobs,
while he was reclining on the sofa watching cartoons
on TV, 25 mins later I am out the door, he jumps out
of a the sofa mumbles something in teenage speak, I go
to the car , back out of the drive, get to the round
about down the road & almost weaken, & consider going
arround the block, but be strong & drive on into town
:-)
