Sifting through all this newfound Queenstown data, I came across this entry in Tell me of Komani by Alan Greaves:
At the turn of the century Maud TROLLIP emerged as an artist of merit. Three of her paintings (1902-04) are in the museum. One, a big pastel, is in the art gallery.
Does anyone know who this Maud is? Perhaps this was her married name?
