The Stockenstroom district was that which was centred on the village of
Seymour. It is flanked by the Winterberg to the west, the Katberg to
the north, the Elandsberg to the east and the Fort Beaufort district to
the south. In modern times it has been swallowed up by the Ft
Beaufort district.
