Dear Gail
Have you finished the Lichtenberg and Springs cemetery?
I have some family members buried in these towns
Would it be possible if I could have some photos?
Many thanks
Eric Horwitz

Good day all,

I trust you all enjoyed a truly wonderful Christmas and that Father
Christmas was more than generous!

The eGGSA cemetery labelling project has seen considerable activity and I
delighted to announce that a total of 2706 images were labelled this past
week, and that in spite of all the festivities! May I express my sincerest
thanks to all the volunteers, the experienced and those who have just joined
us, for such a terrific effort.

Thus, images taken in the following cemeteries are now searchable at the
eGGSA site (www.eggsa.org):
Germiston - 404
Lichtenburg - 106
Derby - 145
Boksburg - 227
Rustenburg - 711
Nylstroom - 75
Marydale - 305
Swartruggens - 304
Koster - 90
Springs - 339

However, as I've said before, we could still do with loads more help: it is
a huge project and we're still a long way to go. Please, if you have two
willing hands, broadband and a little free time contact me at
It is really quite simple!

With kind regards,
Gail Röthlin in Switzerland
