To Michael re. explanation of difference between death notices and death
certificates in SA. We do not have anything comparable to the death
notices in Canada, so I did not know its legal estate purposes.

To Jean Campbell, Phoenix, AR, re. the correct address for the USA book
store. I just have not been careful enough when copying these e-mail
