Ken,
As promised I went to the archives yesterday and called up (using RSAE so
that I would get the information from all the repositories and not just Cape
Town) the name JOUBERT ADJ PIERRE (i.e. all references specifically to
Pierre JOUBERT). There were five (5) references listed all in the Pretoria
archives and starting in 1918. All five appear to be death notices (estate
papers). There does not appear to have been any reference to a record yet
computerised about Pierre JOUBERT, the original settler and stamvader of the
the JOUBERTS.
