Did, she by any chance mentioned the anticipated cost? Would it be a bound
copy?

Not really necessary I have a copy of my own but enquired for a friend. I
consider this book as an excellent book (albeit a few minor mistakes) and
can recommend it to anyone interested in this branch of the Venter Family.
