1. Haakbusskutter = arquebusier, an old type of rifle so I would
suppose a rifleman.
2. Varkensvokker, can't find any translation for this in any of the
genealogy books I've got - at a rough guess it sounds like someone,
starved of female company, turning to his pigs for solace :)
